The name comes from a bridge.
"Kamaraki" got its name from an old stone arched bridge in the area — a small arch that connected roads and people in Mentouli, Kymi. That's what our farm does today: it connects the land to the table.

On the 7 acres of Mentouli we cultivate olive trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden on sloping terrain, along with potatoes. The soil here is limestone, alkaline — we work with it, not against it, choosing varieties and methods that suit the conditions of Evia.
